Some of the Regions:
1. Tuban- Kuta- Legian Seminyak-Cangu
are the touristy area, most visited is Kuta but the extension area is Legian, Seminyak and now is Cangu. there are so many mall, shops, market, restaurant, club, bar in this area but Kuta is for wide range budget from low to high, very crowded and for Seminyak is the cool area, slightly more exclusive where you can find cute cafes,high-end boutiques and club and also fine dining in here. and headed to one and only area for club that open until morning.
Jimbaran and Uluwatu have a lot of great beaches for surfers and also have hotel or resort, and Jimbaran is perfect for seafood dinner at the beach, Nusa Dua is more for family and it's highly exclusive area
Sanur is also suite for family because it's more calm
4. Tanjung Benoa
offers you with a lot of options of water sport
5. Ubud
it's where you can find most of the culture of Bali village also green scenery..the forest, the paddy rice waterfall is in Ubud, and it's touristy area..so don't worry..you will find everthing you need in this area, a lot of shops, market and boutiques, restaurant in this area also for yoga class
Lovina is known for the place where you can see the dolphin in the sea around the place
Taman Nasional Bali Barat it's national park for variety of wild fauna and flora, and do not skip the diving activity in Menjangan Island..the underwater is so amazing

Transportations Around Island:
1. Car/ taxi
you can rent a car with or without a driver and you can also took a package to visit the place you wanted to see in one day or grab a taxi in anywhere.
2. Shuttle (mini) bus
a lot of tour and travel agency have their own schedule to be offered to you in any route you wanted to take but it's highly recomended with "Kura-Kura Bus" that can be adjusted for single trip or day tour trip
3. Bike/ Motorcycle
yess...everybody in here are travelling around the island with motorcycle..you will see the local and the tourist chose this kind of transportation because it's the most effective and efficient through the traffic street especially in Kuta and the nearest area around.
But for me it's nice to take motorcycle everywhere near and most of it is to know the specific area that's not really safe for travelling with motorcycle like.. I heard that would be around areas of Jimbaran and Nusa Dua.
4. Ship/ Face Boat
Mostly they start from the Padang Bai and it's the ferry port to go to Lombok, Gili or Nusa Lembongan, Nusa Ceningan and Nusa Penida island
5.Online services (Gojek or Grabbike) for motorcycle and car
for me it's the best solutions, because it's cheap, it's fast and reliable..it's perfect for business or for 1 single trip transportation
