Air Terjun Sri Gethuk

today my fam and i are going to South beach of Yogyakarta. it's about 2 hours from Jl.Malioboro (city of yogyakarta. well there are a lot of superstitious in south beach area but, despite all of that there are so much beauty in there, waterfall and cave , river, beach along the south area but, they divided into several beaches.this waterfall  have not decreased even though the dry season.

to reach this waterfall you can go by walk or rent a boat, but i prefer to go by walk,because along the way it's just a lovely scenery (the river and the trees).

there are also superstitious behind the name of Sri Gethuk waterfall, a long time ago they said it was the place for genie to put some music instrument called gamelan,Kethuk and they said sometimes they can still heared the sound ot the gamelan music.
